By The Sky is a boutique apartment development nestled within a well-connected area of Larnaca. The project reinterprets the relationship between built form and landscape, blending vertical greening, soft lighting, and layered materials into a calm and contemporary façade. Organized across three levels and a private roof terrace, the building comprises a limited number of well-appointed apartments, each with generous balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Slender vertical fins provide both privacy and rhythm, while planters integrated into the architecture invite nature into the living experience. The design responds to its corner plot with clarity and openness—welcoming residents through a softened street frontage and a gently landscaped entrance. At night, warm integrated lighting highlights architectural features and greenery alike, transforming the building into a luminous urban landmark.
