Nestled near the seafront of Larnaka, we have designed a concept for a 50.000 sqm masterplan dedicated to redefining the essence of community living. With 600 meticulously designed dwellings and an expansive 3000 square meters of amenities, our vision is to create not just homes, but a self-sufficient ecosystem where every need is not only met but anticipated. The design incorporates extensive green spaces, walking trails, and recreational areas, encouraging an active and engaged community life.
