A bold composition of pure geometry and warm material contrast, Residence AP is a contemporary villa located in a growing suburban neighborhood of Larnaca. Designed for a young family, the residence balances privacy, openness, and refined minimalism. The architecture is defined by strong horizontal planes and deep overhangs, creating dynamic shadows and passive shading throughout the year. The interplay between crisp white render and rich wood cladding adds both texture and warmth to the otherwise restrained palette. Carefully placed vertical glazing elements bring natural light deep into the interior while preserving privacy from the street. The house is organized across two levels with an open-plan living area on the ground floor and private bedrooms above. Outdoor terraces and a linear landscaped garden extend the living spaces outward, blurring the boundaries between inside and out. This project reflects our approach to precision, proportion, and calm elegance—crafted for contemporary Mediterranean living.
