Located on a constrained half-plot in a dense residential neighbourhood, Residence SL is a compact yet striking home that maximises light, privacy, and spatial efficiency. The design responds directly to site limitations through vertical composition and smart internal organisation. A tall central volume provides natural light and ventilation deep into the plan, while the ground floor opens up to a protected outdoor veranda framed by a mature olive tree. The stone and white plaster façade, punctuated by a narrow vertical window composition, creates rhythm and presence on the street. Despite its modest footprint, the house delivers a rich spatial experience, balancing privacy and openness, solidity and transparency. Residence SL is a testament to thoughtful design within tight urban constraints.
