In a thoughtful transformation of the old oil refinery area of Larnaca into a beacon of modern living, Sky Villas introduces a seafront building that reimagines coastal living with a mindful touch. Acknowledging the context and environmental sensitivity of the site, we took a creative approach in designing this seafront development. The residential units are elevated above the ground, a decision that not only mitigates the impact of the coastal environment but also offers residents unparalleled views of the sea and beach beyond. The lower floors are dedicated to a suite of amenities, thoughtfully curated to enrich the lives of those who call this place home, ensuring a seamless connection to the natural beauty and recreational offerings of the coastline.
