ADP is pleased to welcome Pannie Shambis and Kyriaki Koliandri into their new roles as Junior Architects following the successful completion of their practical training in architecture.
During their training period, Pannie and Kyriaki became closely involved in the day-to-day work of the practice, contributing to projects across different stages of development. Their experience included design development, technical drawing production, project coordination and site visits, giving them direct exposure to the broader architectural process from design through to construction.
Their transition into permanent roles reflects the value ADP places on developing young architects within the studio and supporting their progression through practical experience, responsibility and collaboration.
Reflecting on her time at ADP, Pannie said:
“My practical training at ADP has been an especially valuable experience for both my personal and professional development. Through my involvement in real projects and collaboration with professionals in the field, I had the opportunity to experience the process of architectural practice first-hand. I look forward to the new challenges and opportunities ahead, which will allow me to further expand my knowledge and continue developing my approach to design.”
Kyriaki added:
“My practical training at ADP helped me develop my architectural knowledge and take on greater responsibility, while experiencing the full process of a project — from the preparation of drawings to on-site visits and construction. I look forward to continuing my professional journey, broadening my knowledge, responding to different design needs and requirements, and collaborating with the wider project team to contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.”
As Junior Architects, Pannie and Kyriaki will continue to contribute to the development and delivery of ADP projects while expanding their technical knowledge, design experience and understanding of architectural practice.
