Set against the dramatic slope of a hillside in Nicosia, Residence CM is a sculpted response to topography, light, and distant views. The design embraces the site’s steep decline to cascade two residential levels below street access, allowing the architecture to open fully toward the horizon. At the heart of the home, a linear infinity pool marks the edge between architecture and landscape—offering uninterrupted views toward the Pentadaktylos mountains. Expansive glazing, layered terraces, and natural materials frame a continuous dialogue between inside and out, anchoring the residence in both its setting and the rhythms of everyday life. Residence CM is a home shaped by its terrain, inviting calm, openness, and connection with its surroundings.
