Spartis Business Space is an adaptive reuse project located at the prominent intersection of Faneromenis and Artemidos in Larnaka, transforming an existing structure into a contemporary office building. The design, led by Zotov Architects, reinterprets the building through a comprehensive architectural makeover that introduces a strong material identity, enhanced transparency, and integrated greenery across stepped terraces. The intervention repositions the building within the urban fabric, improving its presence, functionality, and environmental performance while accommodating flexible, high-quality workspaces. ADP acted as local architects, supporting the project through coordination with local authorities, regulatory compliance, and the translation of the design into the Cypriot context.
